I was on the run all day, than had a afternoon playdate where my friend made us some lunch.
One thing about that is its hard to REALLy calculate how many calories your eating or how much, I had to guesstimate on some of it.
No Breakfast...again.
Lunch:
1/2 c (more or less) Bertolli Shrimp pasta-8
Side salad-3
Dr.Pepper-3
1 Sugar cookie-4
=18
Snack:
100 cal pkt pringles-2
Water-0
=2
Dinner:
11/2 c Hamburger Helper-9
Diet Big Red-0
100 Cal Cupcake-1
=10
Total 30 pts over 4...aye yay yay.
No run today...resting the old legs.
