A little easier

My 4 mile run is getting easier.
I found a whole section in my runners magazine on stretches that help prevent shinsplints.
So far so good.
Only thing that is SUPER tough is running against the wind.
This weather has been windy lately and its so hard to run in it.
I better have awesome legs after this!!

Monday:

No breakfast....HAVE TO MAKE TIME FOR THIS!!

Lunch:
2 Turkey Dogs-1
1 slice Natures Own Whole wheat bread-2
1 oz cheddar-3
Pretzel Nibblers-2
=8

snack:
Fiber One bar Oats & Choc.-3
Vitamin Energy drink-2
=5

Snack #2:
1 Maple candy-1
=1

Dinner:

Breaded chicken Patty-4
1c Chn noodle soup-3
Sugar free Hawaian Punch-0
=7

Total 21 points

Pre-dinner work out
4 miles.
