Breakfast:
Apples and Cinnamon Oatmeal

Herb Salad w/mandarins, cranberries, bit of cheese, lite Italian.

snack:
Slim fast snack bar

snack #2:
Shared a bag of microwave popcorn with the boys..not the healthy kind either :(

Dinner:
Lasagna Hamburger helper, made with 1/4 lb lean turkey meat. Nick and I don't like too much meat in it...weird huh?

Day 55

No breakfast

Lunch:
3 cheese Entomatados
A kind of chicken enchilada topped with a salsa sauce
1/4 cup refried beans
1/4 cup rice
a bit of diced lettuce and tomato salad
Water

Dinner:
Chick Fil A sandwhich
Waffle fries
Sweet Tea
Ice Cream Cone

Tomorrow I shall run..fast! Burn these suckers off!!

Day 54

Breakfast:

Yummy Egg scramble!
1/4c Shredded Simply Potatoes
Dash of olive oil
1 Egg
3TBSP Salsa
a bit of grated gouda
I really enoyed this yummy Scramble

Lunch:
Dollar ckn sandwhich from Arbys
Cherry turnover.....my husband is a VERY bad influence!

snack:
zebra cake

Ran 2.0 miles and I think my thighs now have frost bite!

Dinner:
2-turkey tacos with a bit of cheddar cheese and lettuce
Diet Coke

Late night snack:
Special K cereal
Man if I went to bed at a decent hour I wouldn't stuff food in my face!

Day 53

Breakfast:
Strawberry Special K cereal

Lunch:
For lunch I decided to have a baby experiment with my salad.
I have some Herb Mix fresh ready made salad.
I took a good heaping of it, rinsed (even if it says "Ready to eat" I still rinse it.)
I tossed in 1/3 cup of canned mandarines, 2 TBSP cranberries, 1/2 oz of gouda and a bit of light Italian dressing and I crumbled 5 Ritz crackers for crunch.
This salad was way yummy!

Zebra cake

Dinner:
2xTostadas w/ lean ground turkey, gouda, fat free beans, lettuce

Healthy Breakfast Banana cake???
Yeah that's what I'm baking as of now...it has no sugar. Instead it has 4 VERY ripe bananas, light agave nectar and natural applesauce. I wonder if it will taste good?
My first try at making up my own recipe...from scratch.
All I know is that it smells super yummy as it bakes!
Hope my monkey's like it.

Day 49.....The Wall!

I think I hit a wall...I've lost no more weight, I'm just here..dangling.
I should really step up to my running.
Yes, that's what I will have to do.
Nick is joining our community centre which is great and inexpensive.
I am so happy some one else will be trying to be healthy with me at home!
Do you think I can talk him into getting muscles like the wolves in New Moon???hee hee
Anyway I strayed....

2 TBSp of frosting....I can't wait until this frosting is gone.

Glazed Donut-decorating some for E's class there was an extra one...why let it go to waste?

At the boys school:
Rootbeer float-- 1/2 c soda, 1 1/2 scoops ice cream.
wasn't too tasty, only drank half.

steamed broccoli w/ a bit of cheese sauce

Day 42

Alright I haven't been posting but I haven't been horribly bad or horribly good either.

I've had a bit more sugar than usual and honestly paid the price every night with heart burn!
On a good note I am down 10 lbs, haven't weighed myself this morning but wouldn't be surprised if the lbs inched up a few these past few days.

Breakfast:
Sm 100 calorie biscuit
Scrambled egg
1/2 tsp Strawberry preserves
diet soda i so needed the caffeine!

Lunch:
Leftover homemade Mac/cheese
Diet cherry 7 up

I really want to be a part time Vegetarian.
Is that even a thing?
I'm thinking 1 week veg, 1 week Poultry.
That sounds pretty doable right?

Dinner:
Burritos with Lean turkey, fat free beans, gouda and lettuce.

Snack:
Sampled a bit too much of the frosting I made for the kids cupcakes.

Dessert:
1 serving ice cream

No breakfast we were going to a Brunch Party

Slice of Cuatro leches cake (This was a fancy and oh so yummy cake!!)

Dinner:
Turkey meat Sloppy joes, cheetos and a coke

Dessert:
4 chocolate mint cookies

Late night snack:
Tums! My heartburn was killing me

Day 33

Breakfast
3 small powdered donuts

Lunch:
Hot Turkey and cheese sandwhich
Cheetos
Water
Small Coke

Snack:
2 chocolate mint cookies

Dinner:

Mushroom swiss veggie burger
Onion strings
Semi sweet tea

Dessert:
Molten chocolate cake (we always buy one Molten with six spoons, we all share)
So I actually had about two bites....you have to be quick to get some of this goodness, I was slow on purpose :)

Today was the 100th day of school which they celebrate. I helped E's class put their Trail mix together, which consisted of kids cereal, m&m's, popcorn, pretzels and so much more yumminess.
I sampled a piece from each group...I had to the kids cereal was calling my name!!!
My guesstimate-120 calories

Went to my friends and had some more snackiness...sigh.
A few salsa doritos -75 calories
Semi-Sweet Tea (she added very little sugar..and I like it!?) guesstimate- 100 calories

Got my first "Have you lost weight" comment today..woooohooooo!

I've been suffering from heartburn for two days. I had NO Sleep on Tuesday night!
Last night Nick went and bought me a Strawberry Malt. A doc once told me this would calm my Heartburn. Worked like a charm BUT I probably could of done with out drinking the whole thing!!

Day 26 and 27

I was not a good girl this weekend.
I didn't gorge but none the less I didn't eat healthy.

I guess being naughty once in a while isn't bad for us.
All I know is I was seriously starting to feel deprived.
Not to make excuses but I think i will allow myself to indulge once in a while.
Maybe I can start on baking healthier sweets to help with the cravings.
