Breakfast:

Forgot about lunch(because I can't stop reading that stupid book!! I'm half way done!)

snack:
Slim fast snack bar-120 calories
Water-0

Dinner:

Whole Wheat Pasta 2 servings (no sauce)- 270 calories
1/4 c Baked Chicken Breast baked with tomatoes and seasonings- 200 calories
Diet Soda-0

I've been suffering from heartburn for two days. I had NO Sleep on Tuesday night!
Last night Nick went and bought me a Strawberry Malt. A doc once told me this would calm my Heartburn. Worked like a charm BUT I probably could of done with out drinking the whole thing!!

Strawberry Shake..small-444 calories..WOW!
