I really need to get some agave! I consume WAY too much sugar! You're doing great Liza! How to you go without breakfast?
ReplyDeleteI've NEVER been a breakfast person. Mom used to have to shovel it down my throat or get real creative. I usually don't get hungry until about 11:00. BUT I do notice when I eat breakfast I tend to eat better. So I really shouldn't skip it, but eating breakfast does take me alot of effort.
