hot tea w/1tsp Light Agave

Dinner:
Fish sticks
Oven fries

Snack:
Nutrigrain bar

Day 36

Breakfast:
Nutrigrain bar
water

Lunch:
Ramen noodles
diet Cherry 7 up

Snack:
Graham crackers
Diet Cherry 7 up
water

Dinner:
Southern Chicken Sandwhich McDonalds
Fries
Diet DP
Sugar cookie

  2. I've NEVER been a breakfast person. Mom used to have to shovel it down my throat or get real creative. I usually don't get hungry until about 11:00. BUT I do notice when I eat breakfast I tend to eat better. So I really shouldn't skip it, but eating breakfast does take me alot of effort.
