I DON'T like big butts and I can not lie....especially mine!

Yeah 4 years is quite a hiatus. With that said my butt is at its all time hiatus too...don't think that makes sense but you get the picture. Since I last blogged I've hardly run and I had a baby Oct. 2013 and he's absolutely gorgeous!! He's totally work the extra chin and butt fat that's for sure but doesn't mean that fat should stick around right?
So I started thinking about weight loss because a lovely cousin of mine has probably lost about 20 pounds and she's such an inspiration. She loves food as much as I do and I even tried going the the website she introduced me to, Spark People which is fabulous but I just cant stay motivated. I lost 5lbs and gained them all back in a week or so....booo. So I figured maybe if I went back to blogging it would help? Well here goes nothing! I say I'll turn over my new leaf this coming week, so I can have all week to research recipes and try and get inside my head and tell my self that enough is enough!

I fell off the earth for a few there I've been crazy busy!
I can't fully remember all I ate since Monday.
But I have been running which is good but bad because my heel is a bit achy, but at least no pain!

Chicken Ramen with slices of avocado on the side

Peanuts
3 caramels while making caramel apples with the boys

Dinner:
Taco soup topped w/ a bit of cheddar cheese and blk olives
slice of cornbread
Diet soda
Water

Walked 2 miles

2 Mile walk

Breakfast:
Migas
Diet soda
Water

Lunch:
Sesame Chicken
1/2 lomein
1/2 rice
drank nothing

Snack:
Z received an award so we celebrated w/ 1/2 price SOnic drinks.
I had a diet cherry coke.

Lunch took up TONS of calories so I might just have a yogurt of cup of bean soup after class for dinner.

Dinner:
Chobani Peach Yogurt
Popcorn
Water

Diet soda

Breakfast:
Banana Protein Drink
Slice Cranberry banana bread (from a mini loaf)

Ran 2.0 miles walked 2.0 miles with Nie

Lunch:
Hot dog w/ 98% free turkey dog and sugar free hot dog bun
Bit of mustard
Diet soda

Snack:
Corn tortilla cheese roll up
Bottled Water

Dinner:
2 slices of cheese pizza from Chuck E Cheese boys brought home great Report cards so Pop's decided The Chuck was in order!
COke Zero

I've been tracking my intake on thedailyplate.com and you know I lost about 25 lbs on that site from the time I had E to now...ahem I've gained a few of that back..cough, cough.
It's quite handy!
Tomorrow I will be walking not running my foot is sore but not in pain thank goodness!
I hope I don't wake up in pain...I don't think I will.

late night snack:
small cup of coffee w/ fat free Skinny Caramel Macchiato creamer ( a little less than a TBSP)
Banana bread

I also had a Duvalin. It's a tiny Mexican candy, like a Nutella spread...about 80 calories. As bad as my sweet tooth was...it was worth it.
