Wednesday 10-13-10

Breakfast:
Banana Protein Drink
Slice Cranberry banana bread (from a mini loaf)

Ran 2.0 miles walked 2.0 miles with Nie

Lunch:
Hot dog w/ 98% free turkey dog and sugar free hot dog bun
Bit of mustard
Diet soda

Snack:
Corn tortilla cheese roll up
Bottled Water

Dinner:
2 slices of cheese pizza from Chuck E Cheese boys brought home great Report cards so Pop's decided The Chuck was in order!
COke Zero

I've been tracking my intake on thedailyplate.com and you know I lost about 25 lbs on that site from the time I had E to now...ahem I've gained a few of that back..cough, cough.
It's quite handy!
Tomorrow I will be walking not running my foot is sore but not in pain thank goodness!
I hope I don't wake up in pain...I don't think I will.

late night snack:
small cup of coffee w/ fat free Skinny Caramel Macchiato creamer ( a little less than a TBSP)
Banana bread

I also had a Duvalin. It's a tiny Mexican candy, like a Nutella spread...about 80 calories. As bad as my sweet tooth was...it was worth it.
