Breakfast-
Potato and Egg scramble

Lunch:
Veggie plate...baked squash, turnip greens, Mash potato, green beans, dressing.
I didn't finish my food but ate of each serving, maybe less on some.
But I did have two rolls :(
And a mix of sweet/unsweet tea
Tonight I walk Miss Nie for 4 miles..hope your ready Nina!
Walked only 2 miles my heel started to act up, which was upsetting Nie and I were really enjoying the weather.
Dinner:
Veggie pasta thing that was pretty nasty! I'll never buy that brand again, we doctored it up w/ left over ground turkey and some shredded cheese.
Diet soda
Dessert:
Had a brownie...so glad they are gone!
