Thursday 10-7-10

Walked Nie for 2 miles this morning. More of a stroll really, my foot is still bothering me so no power walking until much later.
Off to see what I shall have for breakfast.

breakfast:
peanut butter and honey on whole wheat..homemade Peanut butter..yummy!

Lunch:
Turkey Dog on whole wheat bun
Turkey dog w/out bun
Diet Soda

Snack:
Brownie I found another one ugh now they are gone!
Water

Another snack:
Sea Salt peanuts

Dinner:
2 oven baked nuggets a few sweet potato fries on the way out the door to school!
Water

Real Dinner:
4 California rolls
Diet Soda
Sigh, chocolate shake.
