Day 48

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs w/ a touch of gouda I was starving this morning!

Lunch:
Chicken salad w/only chicken, celery, pineapple and cranberries.
Wheat honey crackers
diet Soda

snack:
3 fresh strawberries with 15 calories worth of Whipped Cream.

Snack:
2 more strawberries w/ whipped cream

Dinner:
Tofu-veggie stir fry
Diet Soda


Dessert:
Banana Pudding Ice Cream (1 serving)

late night snack:
200 calories worth of Pringles

  1. You are doing AWESOME!! I love how you added pineapple and cranberries to your chicken salad. What a great idea! I'm gonna try it like that the next time I make some.

  2. I got the pineapple idea from Tonya and the cranberry idea from a chicken salad mix I had recently. You really don't miss the mayo and I really thought I would and didn't. It's pretty yummy.
