Day 25

Breakfast:
Migas w/ salsa and a bit of gouda-230 calories
Diet soda-0

Lunch:
Left over tostadas-355 calories
Diet soda-0

Dinner:

Bean burritos on whole wheat tortilla, fat free beans, grd turkey, lettuce, tomatoe and a little cheese.-340 calories

Snack:
Pb& J- 220 calories
I was feeling really snacky. Since I've been so bad about snacking I figured I'd eat a PB&J and the protien from the PB would fill me up so I wouldn't have a second snack later.

1145 calories
