Tuesday 9/7/10

Breakfast:
1/2 very berry bagel w/ Toffuti cream cheese
Water

Lunch:
Ciabatta sammy w/ avocado, lettuce and tomato
tabouleh
Veg.baked beans
diet soda

Snack:
Pigged out!
Had some Wheat puffed chips...Chile con Limon
About two handfuls of cracker jacks
Grape soda
Oh boy.

Most likely on run today...weather is PRETTY bad.

Dinner:
Spaghetti w/ a slice of garlic bread (used Earth balance butter)
diet soda
Water

Late night snack:
Why have I been so horribly snacky?
french fries and some more Wheat puffed spicey chips!
