Well Soreness finally crept up on me...my heel hurts a bit, I think it's time for new running shoes.
Hope tonights isn't rainy...or humid!

Diet soda..I needed me a caffeine fix
Dinner:
Pasta w/ Marinara sauce and Artichokes
2 slices of garlic bread
Water

Veggie chips
Diet cherry soda
** Was going to run tonight but I forgot I had classs and didn't get home til past 10...I guess I could of gone but 9:00 is usually the latest I try to take off so tomorrow it is!****
