Labor Day!

Weekend was wonderful! Though my diet was not here's to a new week!

Breakfast:
Shredded potato's w/ ketchup
1/2 Very Berry Bagel
dollop of Toffuti cream cheese
Diet soda

Lunch:
Veggie Plate...spinach, mashed potato, squash, white rice, salad
Water

Snack:
Soy Mocha Frappuccino...shared w/ Nick.

Pulled weeds, cleaned up flower beds.

Dinner:
We grilled burgers, Veggie burger for me, Vegetarian Baked Beans, Tabbouleh and diet drink.

Ran 2.0 miles w/ Nie

Late night snack:
Diet Coke w/ real maraschino cherries....yum!
