100 cal Nutty Bar-3
Lite Pringles-1
(could not stop snacking today)

Dinner:
1c Suddenly Salad-6
3 -1" garlic bread slices-6
Diet Cherry Coke Zero-0
=12


Late night snack:
Skinny cow dipper-1
Mr. Salty-2
=3
27 points 1 over

As you can see I had no water today.
I really need to consume more, my complexion is really paying the price.
