Breakfast:
Banana
Water
Snack:
roasted nuts
1/2 Diet Soda
Lunch:
Left over Calabaza
1/2 avocado
1/2 Diet Soda
Dinner:
Vegan'd out Mac and Cheese.
Basically Macaroni w/ a white alfredo type sauce I threw together.
I used Soy milk, Faux butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pretty good!
Diet soda.....I need to lay off the diet soda!
I need to see if I still have my uncheese recipe & give it to you. It was good as a sauce or dip!
