Challenge Day 4

Breakfast:

Soyrizo and refried bean burrito
1 c Chocolate Silk

Lunch:
Bean soup...still trying to finish it off!
c Water

Snack:
Rice Cakes
Banana
Diet Dp (needed some caffeine)
Water

How I'm feeling?
Bloated and greasy.
My face feels like YUCK!
I'm downing water constantly.... a cup here a cup there.
I've shed about 2 lbs could it be water weight I've let go of?

Another snack:
Popcorn (I'm so addicted!)
Ice Water

Dinner:
Penne Pasta w/Spaghetti sauce

Late night snack:
Graham crackers
