Okay I've had this 100 times it's just that fresh and yummy!
Cup diet Rootbeer
Glass of water
Snack:
Popcorn
water
Dinner:
2 bean burritos in whole wheat carb control Tortillas
Ran 2.0 miles tonight w/ Nie.
There must be something to going Vegan.
I haven't run in a month and a half and I didn't feel like I was going to fall over, I didn't smell grossness coming out of my pores and I didn't feel out of breath! I felt like I could of gone another 2 miles! I probably would have if it wasn't so dark and I didn't have Nie.
Wow! Can't believe it! Now lets see how I feel in the morning.
