Breakfast:
Quinoa oatmeal
1/2 c left over Quinoa
1/4 c Almond milk(plain)
dash of cinnamon
dash of vanilla sugar
2 slices whole wheat toast w/ earth balance butter
Glass of water
snack:
popcorn, no butter, sea salted
Banana...I like the sweet and salty combination it's usually salted popcorn and a piece of chocolate but I can't have chocolate...sigh.
Lunch:
Left over black bean soup w/ homemade wheat bread croutons.
sweet potato fries
Strawberry lemonade
Snack:
Pirate Booty Popcorn
Dinner:
Spring Mix Salad w/ almonds, raisins and Raspberry Vinaigrette
