I tried my first non-dairy ice cream....Rice Dream Ice cream bar covered in Faux chocolate and peanuts and you know what I loved it!!
Lunch:
Garden burger
Oven fries
Coke
YOu know we forgot to eat dinner...or is it we ate lunch so late?
Today was the last day of my challenge I did it!
What did I notice from it?
Well my complexion is weird.
I have more energy, I'm tired but not dying of exhaustion.
I lost about 5 lbs, the bloating in my stomach has gone down a lot and I lost most of my weight in my back side.
Will I continue to Vegan it up?
For now I just might.
But not a hard core one...I'm really up for some cheese pizza!
