Wednesday

Breakfast:
Nutrigrain bar-

Lunch:
2 mini corn tortilla chicken fajita tacos with only cilantro and onion-
1/2 order beans-
1/4 order rice-
water-0

snack:
diet soda with caffeine was falling asleep big time!-0

Ran only 2 miles, my shorts were riding up on me and it made me self conscious.
They usually do a bit but I run at night so I don't care..who can see right??
But I ran at 5 pm and well there was traffic and I was a nerd. Will run another 2 tomorrow.
