Wednesday

Ok need to keep up with this blog :)

No breakfast
Slept most of the day, my cough has been keeping me up most of the nights :(

Lunch:
Suddenly salad
Plantains 1/2
Diet Soda

Water on and off throughout day

Dinner:
2 sm gordita with fat free beans and cheese.
1 c sopita
Diet soda

snack:
caramel apple
Water
