Behind

I have been keeping up with my food journal just haven't had a chance to write it all down here.
I ran my 6 miles Wednesday..whoo hoo.
And again tomorrow. Instead of writing down everything I am going to just write the points down just this time since I'm so behind. But not now I just got home and I'm so tired :(.

  1. I wish I could run 6 miles! I've been keeping up too but counting calories is so time consuming. I'm glad I have though because I realized that just by skipping dessert, I'm saving almost 400 calories. Crazy huh? I have refused to busy sweets this past week and it has definitely save a ton of calories...but Dug is suffering. Not sure what to do.
