I didn't blog the past few days and I have to add I wasn't good the past few days either!
I try to blog even when I eat poorly, this helps motivate me. If I see I ate junk I try not to eat it again because I don't want to write it.
But this weekend I can't honestly remember what I ate! Sunday I had like Popcorn, candy and diet soda at the movies...THAT I do remember..why? Because I was watching hunks on screen sandwiched between Karen and Tonya. Ahhh it was fun.
Back to food here's my daily intake so far.
Breakfast:
Nutrigrain bar
Water
Lunch:
Mexican cup of corn from Fiesta
Cup of corn w/about 1Tbsp Mayo, 1Tbsp Creme, 1 TBsp Cheese and I added some chile and lemon juice.
I know this sounds gross to some ahem like Nick But it's so yummy!
Diet DrP
snack:
Pringles Pretzel sticks
Dinner:
Whole wheat Rigatoni with Turkey meat sauce a bit of mozzarella (baked in oven)
Garlic bread
Diet Soda
Dessert:
We had to do a little celebrating so we went out for small blizzards ( I only ate half of mine though)
