I am really hoping to set some goals by the end of today.

Dinner:
1c Chicken Voila-5
Diet A&W-0
=5
Snack:
100cal swiss roll-2
=2
Total points-14 points, yup didn't eat much I guess I had alot of stored fat from the weekend splurge.
You must've been starving by lunch time! I wouldn't be able to make it past 9 am without food!
